Almost 12 years ago my wife and I happened upon this beautiful piece of paradise. Having spent many years south of the border investigating numerous locations in which to have a second home. Troncones was what we were looking for in every way. Being a building contractor. My wife and I took my thirty years in the trades and bilingualism and created our little piece of paridise. Our two story, two bedroom, two bath home has approximately 1400 sq ft. with an office. Enough room for up to six people to enjoy their group activities or have their own privacy. This is not always available when renting bungalows or communal living arraignments at other locations.

Both bedrooms are appointed with actual Mexican art work purchased on our many explorations throughout Mexico, air conditioning, ceiling/floor fans and plenty of storage space abound in both rooms. The master suite is located on the second floor with two private patios, an outside bar with the most incredible views of the white water and the steep Sierra Madre mountains from the opposite side. Entering the master suite, vaulted ceilings will delight you with their openness. Attached and also enjoying the air conditioned comfort is the master bath with overhead shower, spectacular beach views and an office/3rd bedroom. The office has a Compaq computer with WiFi connection and various office sundries. The down stairs bedroom with its tall ceilings and wonderful ventilation can easily accommodate another single bed when needed. With access to its own patio it make a great private entrance as well.

The open air kitchen and living area make up the focal point of the down stairs, with the ocean breezes and warm sunshine lighting your every activity. The kitchen you will soon realized has been designed and stocked by a great cook (my wife). You will find virtually everything there to prepare those great meals (except the micro wave, they just don't last down here). If you are missing utensils please let the staff know promptly.

Our living room/dinning area furnished with Mexican equipale and natural rattan furniture providing both comfort and durability from the ocean climate which is virtually in your living room. Hence the indoor/out door swimming pool designed as a lap pool with a conventional swimming area. The pool area consists of a patio that flows into the living room. Our living room cabinet is full of numerous games and books for all ages to enjoy after a hard day of beach combing.

The house comes with daily maid service and yard maintenance. Both well trained to give you your privacy as well as a spotless house. Other services can be provided, please contact us for more information.
