Main house sleeps 4 in 2 queen size beds.

• Holiday Season: ($250 per day)
  Dec 15 - Jan 5 and Apr 1 - Apr 15

• High Season: ($225 per day)
  Nov 1st - May 31st, with the exceptions of holiday dates

• Low Season: ($200 per day)
  June 1st - Oct 31

All other rates/costs remain the same year around.

• 2 additional single beds are available at $15.00 per night per bed.
• 2 bungalows are available at $65.00 per night, each has a double bed that sleeps 2 per bungalow.
• The bungalows are not rented separately from the house.
• Air conditioning is available at $25.00 per night for the house only.
• Information on our other amenities are available upon request.
• Internet and computer use is free of charge. We do not have a T.V.
• Telephone is available for local calls only, or with a calling card.
